Construction activities and proposals
Proposals of sets and partial construction documentation pursuant to given requirements. We work with 2D as well as 3D data.
- procedural, shaping, shearing, error combined and other tools for metal pressed pieces
- injection molds for processing thermoplastic materials
- assembly, measuring and other products
- mechanical engineering parts and single-use devices
- light mechanical engineering constructions
When it comes to construction units of individual instruments, molds and other products, we use normally available standardized parts of renowned suppliers. Alternatively, we use standard products or produced parts pursuant to the given customer specification.
Our equipment
For construction purposes, we primarily utilize the Siemens NX (formerly Unigraphics) construction software. When original data is needed, we can also offer NX 8,5 and NX 11 versions.
Of course we also use other standard formats.
As an example, we can mention 3D formats (IGES, STEP, Parasolid, STL, etc.) and 2D formats (PDF, DWG, DXF, etc.).
Should the customer have special requirements, we are also able to provide data in the SolidWorks software.
